We have created an easy to use directory to help residents of the City and County of Denver learn where to recycle, compost, or dispose of various materials in Denver. Please note that while some of the drop-off centers may accept large quantities of materials, this information is intended primarily to facilitate the recycling of materials generated by households.

 

NEW: Denver Recycles Cherry Creek Recycling Drop-off

Free residential drop-off for bottles, cans, paper cardboard, food waste & yard debris.


Located at East Cherry Creek Drive South  & South Quebec Street

Hours Open:  
Tuesdays - Fridays:  11 AM - 5:30 PM,
Saturdays: 9 AM - 3 PM
CLOSED on Sundays & Mondays
(Closed July 4th and on other City Holidays)



No Commercial or Landscaping Company compost or yard debris material accepted. 

YARD DEBRIS RULES:
  • Branches no longer than 4 feet in length, no larger than 4 inches in diameter and no pieces weighing more than 50 pounds.
  • Maximum of 10 branch bundles per household per week.
  • Leaves and grass clippings will need to be emptied in green carts. 
  • NO commercial or landscaping company material accepted at this site.
 
NO Plastic bags, sod, dirt or rocks
