Function: The commission shall undertake, on a continuing basis, the study of all possibilities for cooperation between the city and the school district in the development, maintenance and use of facilities authorized to each of them, and to make recommendations for carrying out such joint ventures as may be feasible.

Qualifications: Three members from the Mayor's cabinet, or department heads, and four residents of the city, two of whom shall be members of City Council.
