This dataset depicts the spatial extent of RELINQUISHED (former) easement data collected by Public Works - Survey. Easement data in this layer include, but are not limited to: sidewalk easements, other right-of-way easements, storm water and sanitary easements not depicted by Wastewater Management Division, other utility easements, access easements, and other conservation easements. Attribute information for this layer includes easement type, grantor/grantee, date of easement, the document(s) establishing the easement, and the document(s) relinquishing the easement. The easements in this layer date primarily from 1994 to the present although easements before 1994 may also be portrayed in this layer. These easements are not depicted on the City Engineering quarter-section maps.
