Community Collaborative Partnership Centers

The Community Collaborative Partnership Centers (CCPCs), formerly known as Family to Family Denver, work in partnership with Denver Human Services (DHS) to provide services to Denver's low-income community. In a collaborative effort with other service providers, we help families work toward stabilization and long-term self-sufficiency. The CCPCs offer a variety of support services to those people in need who are referred by DHS or a community partner.

We offer emergency and self-sufficiency services and resources such as:

  • Basic necessities;
  • Educational assistance, job training, transportation, work clothing, and tools;
  • Case management self- sufficiency plans;
  • Helping customers apply for public assistance and other benefits;
  • Recruiting and supporting foster and kinship parents;
  • Advocating for families during Team Decision Making (TDM) meetings
