City Offices Closed

On MondaySeptember 7, City offices will be closed in observation of the Labor Day holiday  We regret any inconvenience and will reopen on Tuesday. Regular programming continues on the Denver 8 and online. No Council or Mayor-Council meetings will occur this week.  Live coverage resumes Monday, Sept. 15 at 5:25 p.m.

Denver Loft Sessions

- Local Performers Featured in an Intimate Studio Setting.

Sept 4 – 17, The Loft Sessions expands its Denver Entertainment Scene coverage as Slam Poetry comes to Denver 8. Denver Poets ranging in age from 17 to 50 deliver their inspiring work on the Loft Sessions stage for a powerful and entertaining episode.

Sept 18 – Oct 1, Two-Fisted Tango is an emerging trio making and playing energetic indie music.  Their sound centers around mainstream rock, classic punk, and a good dose of melodic gravity.

Denver Press Club

- The Denver District Attorney tackles legal topics


The idea of a family justice center has nearly become a reality in Denver as the construction and renovation of the Rose Andom Center continues. We’ve talked about the services that will be available, and now we will talk about the bricks and mortar behind those services. Rob Mierau with Milender White Construction joins Denver DA Mitch Morrissey.
