Denver is kicking off a strategic transportation plan, called Denver Moves Everyone 2050 (DME) and is seeking community feedback through an online engagement tool: denvermoveseveryone.com. This feedback will set the foundation for the project by identifying community values that will inform the goals of the plan.
This weekend, the first of two tower cranes supporting the Colorado Convention Center Expansion Project will arrive on site, requiring crews to close Champa Street from 14th Street to Speer Boulevard starting Thursday morning for several days.
Just as more people are getting out and about and activity is increasing downtown, the city is providing people a new place to “go”. A new fixed public restroom on Champa Street just off the 16th Street Mall, considered a first-of-its-kind for Denver, is now up and running as an amenity for all those who visit the area.
