RISE Denver: From Rescue to Recovery

Rebuilding for an Inclusive and Sustainable Economy (RISE) is the city's plan to move our economy from the rescue to the recovery phase of the COVID-19 pandemic.

American Rescue Plan Act Funding

Denver will invest $308million from the American Rescue Plan Act into city, community, and business recovery through 2024. The city will leverage these dollars with other stimulus funding to advance the goal of rebuilding an inclusive, sustainable economy that works for all residents.

Blueprint Denver

How should Denver evolve and grow? The Blueprint Denver land use and transportation plan sets a citywide vision and recommendations for complete neighborhoods and transportation networks; a measured, common-sense approach to new growth; and land-use decisions through the lens of social equity.

Comprehensive Plan 2040

Adopted in May 2019, Comprehensive Plan 2040 is the 20-year vision for Denver and its people, and reflects the voice of thousands who have shared their hopes, concerns and dreams for the future. City leaders will use its recommendations to guide the decisions that shape our city over the next 20 years.

Denver Smart City

National Western Center

Vision Zero

The City and County of Denver’s program to eliminate traffic deaths and serious injuries by 2030. We need to make Denver’s streets safe for everyone — no matter where they live in the city, no matter their means and no matter their choice to walk, bike, drive or take transit. Safety must be the most important consideration for every Denver street.
