Stand Against Hate

Racist violence against Asian American and Pacific Islander communities has increased during the past year. Bias-motivated crimes, violence, intimidation, and discrimination have no place in Denver. In a crisis like COVID-19, we are stronger when we work together to protect everyone in our community, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, housing status, or age. Racism is a public health issue, and we are committed to stopping the hatred.

If you or your loved ones need someone to talk to at any time, day or night (24/7), contact Colorado Crisis Services:

It’s important for all of us that we all get vaccinated, and the first step is getting the facts about COVID-19. As leaders in your own communities, please share with your friends, neighbors and loved ones this critical information about the virus, so they know the facts about COVID-19 and understand that the vaccines are safe, effective and available.

Denver is committed to continue intentional community outreach around COVID-19 sharing unbiased COVID-19 information, resources and vaccine distribution to impacted and traditionally underserved communities. You can help us stamp out misinformation about COVID-19 and the vaccine.
