  • Restaurants (Indoors): 50% capacity or 50 people, not including staff, whichever is fewer. (Establishments larger than 7,200 square feet can allow up to 150 people within their usable space calculated using the Distancing Space Calculator.)   • Restaurants (Outdoors): Six feet between parties outdoors, last call 11:00 p.m. for in-person dining/alcohol on premises. View the state’s full guidelines.
  • Non-critical Manufacturing: 50% posted occupancy limit not to exceed  50 people, whichever is fewer, per room (establishments larger than 7,200 square feet can allow up to 100 people within their usable space by using the Distancing Space Calculator)
  • Offices: 50% capacity, remote work is strongly encouraged
  • Gyms/Fitness: 50% capacity, 50 people indoors (whichever is fewer), or outdoors in groups less than 25 businesses  (establishments larger than 7,200 square feet can allow up to 150 people within their usable space calculated using the Distancing Space Calculator)
  • Organized recreational youth or adult league sports: no more than 25 players, excluding coaching staff and referees or umpires
  • Critical and Non-Critical Retail: 50% capacity with increased curbside pick-up, and delivery. Dedicated senior and at-risk hours encouraged
  • Personal Services: 50% of posted occupancy limit not to exceed 50 people (whichever is fewer) per room
  • Limited Healthcare Settings: 50% posted occupancy limit not to exceed  50 people (whichever is fewer) per room
  • Indoor Events: Unseated Events - 50% of posted occupancy limit not to exceed 50 people, whichever is less, per room excluding staff within usable space  (establishments larger than 7,200 square feet may use the Distancing Space Calculator to expand to no more than 100 patrons indoors per room, excluding staff, within their usable space. ) Seated Events can use 6 feet distancing between non-household contacts instead of the distancing space calculator.
  • Outdoor Events: 50% of posted occupancy limit not to exceed 175 people, whichever is less, within their usable space calculated using the Distancing Space Calculator, excluding staff, per designated area or activity.  If seated, can use the 6 feet distancing between non-household contacts instead of using the calculator
  • Outdoor Guided Services: 50% capacity or 10 people (whichever is fewer)
  • Cigar bars/smoking lounges: 50% of posted occupancy limit, not to exceed 10 people (whichever is fewer)

What’s Closed

  • Bars, Taverns, Brew Pubs, Breweries, Microbreweries, Distillery Pubs, Wineries, Tasting Rooms, Special Licensees, and Clubs that do not serve food from a licensed retail food establishment must close to in-person service. Bars may conduct take-out service. Bars that have adapted to operate like a restaurant may continue in-person service.
  • City-owned recreation centers and pools. Libraries are no longer limited to curbside only services, though curbside services are encouraged.
