SilverSneakers Classic

Tuesdays, 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. | Zoom
Have fun and move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activities for daily living. These materials are ideal for class: Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a silver sneakers ball, resistance bands and a chair for seated and standing support.

SilverSneakers Circuit

Thursdays, 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. | Zoom
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. These materials are ideal for class: Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a silver sneakers ball, resistance bands and a chair for seated and standing support.

Step-by-Step Art

Fridays, 5:30 - 7:00 pm | Facebook Live
Topic: One Yard Apron - Sample
Do you have a growing interest in art or know someone who does? If so, join us for this class. Participants will be guided as they hone their skills in this mixed media class.
  • Supplies: 1 yard of fabric, scissors or rotary cutter and a mat, marking tool (pencil or chalk), ruler, pins, needle and thread or sewing machine and thread

Low Impact Strength

Mondays, 9:15 - 10:00 a.m. | Zoom
This workout uses equipment and low-impact movements to maximize a workout appropriate for most fitness levels.

Glutes

Mondays, 4:00 - 4:30 p.m. | Zoom
This 30-minute workout is designed to selectively target the gluteus maximus utilizing bodyweight, resistance bands, light weights, foam roller, stability ball, and other standard household equipment. 
 

Vinyasa Yoga

Tuesdays, 6:00 - 7:00 am | Facebook Post
This practice is based on foundational yoga poses performed in a dynamic, flowing style to create a balance of physical action, internal focus, and conscious breathing. Poses are accessible for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. This activity is at no cost and held through DPR's Facebook page. A current Facebook account is not required to view this class. It can be viewed anytime after posting.
  • Equipment: Class may utilize a yoga mat (carpet, towel) and a yoga block (book, reusable plastic water bottle)

Functional Movement

Wednesdays, 11:00 - 11:45 am | Facebook Post
This 45-minute class incorporates stretching and self-massage techniques to improve healthy movement and ends with a functional exercise circuit. This activity is at no cost and held through DPR's Facebook page. A current Facebook account is not required to view this class. It can be viewed anytime after posting.
  • Equipment: Foam roller (or water bottle), something to step up onto (chair, stair), tennis/lacrosse ball, light and heavyweight (or home equivalent)

HIIT

Thursdays, 6:00 - 6:30 a.m. | Facebook Post
This class alternates between intervals of high-intensity cardiovascular, body-weight, and free-weight exercises to achieve maximum performance in minimal time. This activity is at no cost and held through DPR's Facebook page. A current Facebook account is not required to view this class. It can be viewed anytime after posting.
  • Equipment: This class may utilize a yoga mat (carpet, towel), plyo box (sturdy chair, bench), glider disc (paper plate, towel, frisbee)

HIIT and Core

Fridays, 9:00 - 9:45 am | Zoom
This class alternates between intervals of high-intensity cardiovascular exercises and body-weight resistance movements with a focus on core work to achieve maximum performance in minimal time.
 

Circuit Training

Fridays, 12:00 - 12:45 p.m. | Zoom
This strength training class consists of a series of exercises performed back-to-back for a designated amount of time or repetitions and is tailored to all fitness levels.
