Health FSA

With a flexible spending account (FSA), our employees can set aside money on a pre-tax basis from their paycheck to cover health care (medical, dental and vision), dependent day care and/or qualified parking expenses. We offer our employees flexible spending accounts through 24HourFlex

Is FSA money use or lose each calendar year?
Yes, typically employees must use their FSA money before the plan year ends (March 15 of the following calendar year); however, 2020 FSA are reimbursable through December 31, 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

When is flexible spending account (FSA) money available?
The annual FSA money pledged is available as soon as the FSA benefit begins (January 1 for open enrollment or first of the month following hire date).

What is the 24HourFlex Card?
The 24HourFlex Card is a debit card that can be used to access an FSA account to pay for eligible expenses.

Dependent Day Care FSA

Our employees with child care expenses for a child age 12 and under, can take advantage of the dependent day care FSA. In the same way that the health FSA lets you set aside pre-tax dollars for eligible health care expenses, employees can set aside pre-tax dollars for dependent day care while they work.


Qualified Parking FSA

The qualified parking FSA allows our employees to claim up to $270 per month of pre-tax dollars to pay for parking expenses while they are at work.
