Sign up for service alerts and collection reminders on the Denver Trash and Recycling App in the App Store and Google Play (links below) or visit the Trash Services webpage.


Solid Waste Customer Care offices are open from 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Please report any issues using your Denver Utilities Online account account. Submit billing questions through your Denver Utilities Online account or by emailing swmbillinginquiries@denvergov.orgVisit denvergov.org/trashschedule to be notified of service delays.

Solid Waste is moving to every-other-week recycling collection and every-nine-week large item pickup service starting January 2025 while it accelerates the rollout of compost citywide.
