Denver Regional Opioid Abatement Settlement Funding

The Opioid Abatement Fund Program (OAF) is a DDPHE program responsible for coordinating the distribution of funds allotted to the City and County of Denver and overseen by the Denver Opioid Abatement Council (DOAC). The DOAC is a group of 11 City and County of Denver public and elected representatives (voting members) and 11 (non-voting) community advisors with lived/living experience and other subject matter expertise. The DOAC was created as a requirement of the Colorado Opioid Settlement Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
