Denver's cold weather shelters will open at 1 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 16 and will remain open as long as cold weather conditions continue.
The Performance-Based Infrastructure program is based on national and international best practices. The program outlines a neutral, standardized and transparent process to evaluate and execute potential partnerships with the private sector to deliver public infrastructure to the City.
