The Temporary Vending Permit provides licensed food and beverage vendors the opportunity to sell human food and non-alcoholic beverages at designated sites approved by the City and County of Denver. Non-permitted vendors are not allowed in or within 300 feet of a Denver park or parkway unless associated with a permitted Assembly, Public Event, Special Occasion or Tournament and approved by the permit holder.
*Vendors participating in any of the permit types listed above do not need additional park permits.
IMPORTANT: If an event is in progress in your vending location, you may not vend during that permit unless you are invited by the event organizer prior to their permit start date.
Many Public Events are shown on the Office of Special Events calendar HERE, which includes event organizer contact information.
