Registration for summer programs opens May 2 at noon!

Denver Parks and Recreation strives to provide an environment that welcomes diversity and empowers communities to create a better place in which everyone can live and thrive. Inclusion support options are available for people with disabilities when registering for activities. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify.

Active Older Adults

Find numerous wellness and social programs designed for adults age 50 and over. This summer's highlights include day trips and other special events along with a variety of clubs, fitness classes and sports.

Adaptive Recreation

Therapeutic programs and leisure activities for people of all ages with disabilities. Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialists and other team members create opportunities to improve quality of life, foster independence, and boost self-esteem.

Aquatics

Find swim lessons for ages preschool to adult and various water fitness classes including aqua aerobics, aqua Zumba, and Ai Chi classes.

Arts & Culture

A variety of art classes are available to everyone from early childhood, to teens and adults. Art programs include painting and drawing, pottery and ceramics, other crafts, and special events.

Fitness & Wellness

Find a wide variety of instructor lead classes, held at various recreation centers for different skill and activity levels.

Outdoor Recreation

Outdoor activity opportunities in Denver's local and mountain parks, lakes and centers. Fun for the whole family!

Special events and structured activities for youth ages 5-18 to participate in after school and during school breaks.
