This Active Older Adult 50+ approved class runs through a circuit of core focused exercises designed to strengthen your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to help improve balance and stability. Exercises can be done on a mat or seated in a chair.
Active Older Adult 50+ approved class. Build strength and flexibility through exercises designed to increase range of motion and strength. This class is adaptable to all fitness levels and will use hand held weights, resistance tubing, and rubber balls. A chair is used for seated exercises and support.
Active Older Adult 50+ approved class. This gentle yoga class takes place while seated or standing and focuses on the use of breath to stretch the body and challenge coordination. All while building strength using isometric movements and holds. Chair available for support.
50+ approved class. An instructor led total body strength training workout that incorporates teaching proper form and technique on basic weight room machines. This is a circuit class where you will move from one machine to the next.

This class is a fusion of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. It’s all about balance, breathing and meditation. The combination promotes beneficial elements of both practices.
