Right of Way Parking

Right of Way parking is parking above curb in the public right of way.

ROW parking is managed by Denver Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, by the City Traffic Engineer and is processed through Parking & Mobility Services.

Street Occupancy: If you are blocking the street, sidewalk or right-of-way, you will need a street occupancy permit.

Hangtags: Hangtag permits may be issued for emergency truck parking, special parking, or truck loading.
