City Launches New Employment Brand Campaign

#SeeYourselfHere aimed at attracting a diverse, inclusive and talented workforce
DENVER – This week, the Office of Human Resources (OHR) launched #SeeYourselfHere, the City and County of Denver’s first new, citywide employment brand campaign in seven years. #SeeYourselfHere debuted on social media and digital hiring platforms, on billboards in strategically located BIPOC neighborhoods, and to thousands of city employees, encouraging job seekers to see themselves working for the City and County of Denver.
“#SeeYourselfHere is more than a hashtag,” OHR Executive Director Kathy Nesbitt said, “It’s a call to action for anyone who is looking for a career where they can thrive, grow, and be rewarded with competitive pay and benefits for themselves and their family members.”
The stars of the #SeeYourselfHere campaign are actual employees from more than a dozen of the city’s departments and agencies. These Brand Champions not only appear in advertising, marketing and social media posts, they also volunteer at recruitment events and on college campuses inspiring others to consider a city career.
