Healthy Food Options

Tasty Food - Youth ages 3-18 during summer can enjoy breakfast, lunch, supper and/or a nutritious snack. Tasty Food meals include up to five food groups that are low in fat and prepared fresh. No ID or registration requiredjust show up and eat!

DPS Summer Meals - 2025 information is coming soon! Youth 18 years and younger can enjoy a nutritious breakfast and lunch during summer at various Denver Public School locations. No registration nor documentation required.

Mental Health & Health Care

Crisis Text Line - Text “Denver” to 741741 for free confidential crisis support by text, 24 hours per day/7 days per week. Youth can also connect with local resources.

I Matter - The I Matter program can connect you with a therapist for up to 6 free virtual counseling sessions (some in-person appointments available) that are confidential. Spanish-speaking counselors are available.

Second Wind Fund - The Second Wind Fund exists to help youth at risk for suicide access professional counseling services by removing financial and social barriers. 

Denver Health School Based Health Centers - Medical and dental health care is provided at no cost to any Denver Public Schools student or sibling. Summer locations for medical care are: Florence Crittenton Campus, George Washington Campus and Rachel B. Noel Campus. Call 303-602-8958 for dental locations and additional information. 

Free Transportation

RTD Zero Fare for Youth - Youth 19 and under can hop on board and ride for free.
