Meeting or Event Requests

We will try our best for the Mayor or one of his representatives to attend your event. However, due to the volume of requests, please understand that Mayor Hancock may not be able to personally accommodate all requests. We respectfully request that you do not use Mayor Hancock's name on any public relations material (i.e., notifications, invitations, agendas) until you have received written approval from his Senior Advisor. Please note: while the auto-reply email for submissions states the Mayor will not be attending in-person events at this time, that wording is out of date and is in the process of being changed. Mayor Hancock is available to attend in-person events. 

Submission Instructions

• When filling out the request form, please be as comprehensive, detailed and specific as possible.
• Requests are reviewed on a weekly basis and an acknowledgement of your request will be provided to you by email approximately six-weeks from the date of your event.
• Once your request is reviewed, the Mayor's scheduling team will notify you, via email, of a decision regarding the Mayor’s availability to attend your requested event.
