DenverConnect

DenverConnect is a mobile pop-up office that provides information, resources and services through city and community organizations to support aging in place.

The van is equipped with an ADA accessible ramp and an interior that functions as a technology-based, pop-up office. The exterior wrap-around graphics and awning welcomes older adults to engage with navigators that can assist with on-line access to SNAP, LEAP, food, housing, medical and other resources for virtually any need. DenverConnect also educates older adults and caregivers on frauds, scams and elder abuse.
