Aging Well

The Aging Well Initiative, in partnership with community-based organizations, offers free monthly workshops designed to support older adults in aging well and aging in place. These sessions connect participants with trusted community resources, provide practical information on available services, eligibility, and how to access support, and promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Join us to feel empowered, informed, and confident as you navigate this stage of life.

Interpretation services and transportation are available upon request.
