Aging Well

The Aging Well workshops provide resource, education and support for adults seeking to maintain their physical, mental and emotional well-being as they age. Our goal is to help them embrace this stage of life with confidence and vitality.

Empower yourself, enhance your quality of life and improve your overall well-being by attending free monthly workshops. Interpretation services and transportation provided upon request.

Workshop Locations & Dates

Aging Well workshops are held the third Thursday of the month at the Denver Indian Center located at 4407 Morrison Rd. Denver, CO 80219. Resources, light refreshments and snacks will be provided at each workshop.
