Marijuana establishments and businesses involve unique operations which can create serious life safety and fire hazards. All marijuana establishments and businesses engaging in these activities shall be required to obtain all relevant annual operational permits from the Denver Fire Department, in addition to relevant construction permits and Excise and License business licenses.
All marijuana permits are submitted using the Marijuana Operational Permit - this application should be completed to capture all business types, processes, storage of materials, pesticide inventory, temporary heat, barbed wire, and any other operations that require permits.
