The Park Hill Innovation Hub offers a variety of amenities designed to meet the needs of Denver's growing entrepreneurial network including:

Innovation lounges/workspaces

• Five available workspaces
• Three hot desk areas with a total of 18 desks available.
• Kitchen & lounge areas with sofas and high tables/chairs 

Conference room

• Available for 1-hour increments with no time limit
• Max capacity is 24 people

Event space

• Reservations available Monday – Friday after 4PM
• Max capacity is 100 people 
• Please note: event approval is required and subject to an event fee and a $200 deposit for events after 4 PM

How do I reserve a space, conference room, or the event space?

• All reservations can be made here on a first come first serve basis. Please make sure to reserve a space before arriving to the PHI Hub. 

Is there parking?

• Yes, plenty. Free parking for the PHI Hub is located on the east side of the warehouse building. No overnight parking is allowed.

How to I get into the building?

• The primary address is Saltbox, 4800 Dahlia St. Please note: Use this alternative address to park closer to the PHI Hub door at Saltbox: 4965 48th Ave, Denver, CO 80216. The doors to the PHI Hub are located on the east side of the Saltbox building. Go east on 48^th until you see the gates on the north side of the street. Go through the gates and all the way back to the end of the parking lot and you will see the door.

When is the PHI Hub open?

• The PHI Hub is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM
