Participants gain access to paid training pathways, industry-recognized credentials, and hands-on career coaching. We work directly with local employers to ensure your training aligns with active hiring needs in solar installation, energy auditing, green home construction, and advanced building technologies.

To participate in the Green Workforce Hub programs, applicants must generally meet the following criteria:

• Location: Reside within the Denver metro area / regional workforce footprint.
• Age: Be 18 years of age or older.
• Work Authorization: Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Industry Focus: Have an interest in pursuing a long-term career in green construction, clean energy, or sustainability sectors.
