Denver Economic Development & Opportunity’s Park Hill Innovation (PHI) Hub, in partnership with Saltbox, Wells Fargo, and The Collective for the Advancement of BIPOC+ Businesses (CABB), is supporting Denver’s underrepresented entrepreneurs by cultivating connections, providing business resources and learnings, and fostering innovation with the space to create, start and grow their businesses beyond barriers.

PHI Hub, strategically located in the Park Hill neighborhood, aims to enhance accessibility for Denver's diverse populations and support underrepresented entrepreneurs by providing support services specifically tailored for BIPOC+ and underserved tech entrepreneurs. 

PHI Hub, boasts seven distinct work/lounge areas, a spacious conference room, event facility, and advisory sessions with CABB advisors.

The Park Hill Innovation Hub offers a variety of amenities designed to meet the needs of Denver's growing entrepreneurial network including:

Innovation lounges/workspaces

• Seven different work spaces
• Three hot desk areas with a total of 18 desks available. HDMI set-up connected to a monitor and keyboard included
• Kitchen & lounge areas with sofas and high tables/chairs

CABB Advisory Hours

• 45-minute personalized advisory sessions at the top of every hour at PHI Hub
• Content studio for with props, focused lighting, and small backdrops
• Photography with a photo room with wall sized background paper and lighting

Conference room

• Available for 1-hour increments with no time limit
• Max capacity is 24 people

Event space

• Can be reserved at anytime Monday - Friday
• Max capacity is 100 people

How do I reserve a space, conference room, or the event space?

• All reservations can be made here on a first come first serve basis. Please make sure to reserve a space before arriving to the PHI Hub.

How do I meet with an advisor?

• If you are wanting to meet 1-on-1 with an advisor to address your business needs, please select an available time here. The advisor will be notified of your appointment and will be waiting to meet with you at the PHI Hub.

Is there parking?

• Yes, plenty. Free parking for the PHI Hub is located on the east side of the warehouse building. No overnight parking is allowed.

How to I get into the building?

• The doors to the PHI Hub are located on the east side of the Saltbox building. Go east on 48^th until you see the gates on the north side of the street. Go through the gates and all the way back to the end of the parking lot and you will see the door.

When is the PHI Hub open?

• The PHI Hub is open Monday through Friday from 9a-5p.
