Bidding Opportunities - Contracts with DEDO

On this page, you will find periodic calls for proposals in response to bidding opportunities issued by Denver Economic Development & Opportunity (DEDO). The newest opportunities are listed first. Bidding opportunities may be a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) or a Request for Proposals (RFP). Finite application periods--with a set opening and closing date--are generally used for program or project funding. By ordinance, Denver Small Business Opportunity (DSBO) has the authority to establish MWBE/DBE project goal(s) or an SBE defined pool, also referred to as "business utilization," on contracts for construction, reconstruction, remodeling, and professional and design work, as well as on the city's purchase of goods and services.
