The City and County of Denver repaired the existing storm sewer and replaced the sanitary sewer system along S. Wolcott Ct. The existing storm sewer system outfalls to Sanderson Gulch. Currently, several sanitary service lines cross through the existing storm sewer so the two systems needed to be separated for water quality and storm water conveyance purposes. Construction began in January 2023 and was finalized in June 2023.
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: This project has been completed. All major repairs and restoration activities are done. Thank you for your cooperation and patience throughout this project!

The improvements will extend along S. Wolcott Court from W. Colorado Ave south to W. Warren Avenue.
