Northeast Downtown and Five Points (NEDFP) Action Plan
The Denver Department of Transportation and Infrastructure’s (DOTI) and Department of Economic Development and Opportunity (DEDO) are partnering to lead the Northeast Downtown & Five Points (NEDFP) Action Plan. Previous plans such as the Curtis Park Neighborhood Assessment, 38th/Blake Station Area Plan, NE Downtown Neighborhoods Study, Five Points NTMP, and Denver Moves: Downtown have identified a number of projects that support safer mobility options and business in this area. The NEDFP Action Plan seeks to organize, prioritize, and coordinate next steps for implementation of the projects that are highest priority for the community.
The Action Plan brings together a Community Advisory Group (CAG) and the broader community to prioritize projects to be implemented in the near-term and long-term.

Community Advisory Group
To provide project updates between public meetings and review project materials prior to broader public outreach, DOTI has created a Community Advisory Group (CAG) to facilitate communication and collaboration between its staff and the community. The CAG is intended to convene a diverse group of community members who represent various interests, including (but not limited to) residents, business and property owners and operators, registered neighborhood organizations (RNOs), schools, faith-based groups, community-based alliances, community leaders, and non-profit organizations. See below for materials from previous CAG meetings:
