29th Avenue and Speer Boulevard Intersection Improvements

This project will remove and replace existing sanitary sewer in Speer Boulevard between West 29th Avenue and Bryant Street.

Project Benefits

• Improve underground infrastructure to prevent future breaks
• Replace aging infrastructure that has exceeded design life
• Reconstruct non-compliant ADA ramps at select intersections

Ways We Are Reducing Impacts

• Business & residential access maintained at all times
• Provide 48-hour notice for temporary utility shutdowns
• Two-way traffic maintained on Speer Boulevard with few exceptions - expect local detours
• Limited access maintained during special events including, but not limited to, football, basketball, and/or hockety games
