Denver Prepares for Significant Snow Event, including Deployment of the Residential Plows
Denver – Denver is preparing for a storm that’s expected to bring significant snow accumulations to city streets today into tomorrow before temperatures rebound into the 50’s on Sunday.
Denver’s plow drivers will remain on duty to respond to the main streets, plowing and dropping deicing materials as needed. Denver will activate its residential plows starting tonight at midnight, while preparing to run two 12-hour shifts and monitoring conditions.
