Filled pothole in Denver

DENVER – Mayor Michael B. Hancock is meeting up with a city pothole repair crew today and reminding residents they can play a big part in ensuring our streets offer a smooth ride this season.

Denver’s weather in the winter and spring often fluctuates between warm and cold, resulting in freeze-thaw cycles that create the perfect environment for potholes to form. Denver’s Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI) has already filled nearly 1,400 potholes this year, about 400 more than this time last year.

Mayor Hancock says residents can help the city address potholes more quickly by knowing how to report them!

What: Mayor Hancock and a pothole repair crew
