All interested parties are hereby given notice that the City and County of Denver Department of Transportation and Infrastructure and Department of Human Services, through the authority set forth in DRMC §48-45, will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed

Rules and Regulations Governing the Volume-based Trash Pricing Program

The hearing will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, through a virtual hearing via ZOOM. All hearing information can be found at: www.denvergov.org/expandedcollection.

Submit comments in writing to expandedcollection@denvergov.org by Monday, April 10, 2023. Comments can also be mailed to Denver Solid Waste Management, 2000 W 3rd Ave., Denver, CO 80223, no later than Close of Business, Monday, April 10, 2023.
