Available 24/7:
Apply for food, cash, medical, or child care assistance online at Colorado.gov/PEAK. Colorado PEAK features an automated customer service help desk, PEAK Chatbot(PDF, 457KB). You can also apply for food or cash assistance and check the current balance of your benefits with the MyCOBenefits app. The app is available for iOS and Android.

Our buildings are open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Please call 720-944-4DHS (4347) to make an on-site appointment for Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT). Se habla español.

We all need to ask for a little help sometimes. From housing to healthy food or child support and medical assistance—no matter your need, our team is here to help you be supported.

Report Abuse or Neglect

If you suspect child abuse or neglect, or the abuse, neglect, or exploitation of an at-risk adult in Denver, call the Denver County Child Welfare and Adult Protective Services hotline at 720-944-3000.

To report abuse or neglect of a child outside Denver County, contact the statewide hotline at 1-844-CO-4-KIDS (1-844-264-5437).

 

 

 

It is your right to access oral or written language assistance, sign language interpretation, real-time captioning via CART, or disability-related accommodations. To request any of these services at no cost to you, please email DHSADASupport@denvergov.org with three business days’ notice.
