Montclair ADU Rezoning

Councilwoman Amanda Sawyer facilitated a conversation with the Montclair statistical neighborhood, including parts of Mayfair, to consider a legislative rezoning that would rezone certain parcels to allow for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).
