Ballot and Blue Book Changes

In response to feedback from community that last year's ballot and blue book were confusing – especially regarding the Group Living referendum – Councilmembers Black, Flynn, and Sawyer worked with the Clerk & Recorder’s Office to recommend ways to modernize Denver’s ballot, timelines, and Blue Book language. Some of these changes require alterations to the Denver Charter (which requires a vote of the people), so look for this on your November ballot!
