Building Inspections
Building inspections staff are available in the office Monday - Friday from 7:30 - 11:00 a.m. Requests for CO/TCOs must arrive before 10 a.m. The inspections counter is located on the 2nd floor of 201 W. Colfax Ave., Denver, CO 80202.
Please note the recent location change to the 2nd floor of the Webb Municipal Building.

Zoning and Neighborhood Inspections (ZNIS) - Zoning Construction Inspections
Zoning Inspectors conduct construction and licensing inspections to confirm zoning code compliance for development projects.
