Denver E-Bike and E-Cargo Bike Rebate Returns January 31 Published on January 04, 2023 Denver's popular electric bike (e-bike) rebate program is back, with applications opening on Tuesday, January 31 at 11 a.m. Denverites can save $300 off the price of an e-bike, and residents who qualify for the income-qualified rebate can save $1200 off the price of an e-bike.
