Buildings Under 5,000 sq. ft.

Existing buildings under 5,000 sq. ft. are required to comply with the Electrification Program laid out by the Energize Denver Ordinance. These requirements affect all existing multifamily and commercial buildings, regardless of size.

Energize Denver Electrification Program
