All public solicitations from the Office of Climate Action, Sustainability & Resiliency (CASR) are posted to BidNet at BidNetDirect.com. Each Request for Proposal (RFP) will include a checklist of required documentation, forms, etc. detailing what you need to include in your proposal.
The most common requirements at this time are:
- W-9
- Completion of Denver’s Diversity and Inclusiveness Form (complete the form here). This form needs to be submitted for each RFP you apply for.
- Certificate of Good Standing (CGS) with the Colorado Secretary of State. This certificate will be requested if you are awarded a contract with the city. While the CGS is not required for RFPs, it is required if you enter into a contract with the city. If you anticipate doing business with the city you may wish to obtain this now so you are ready when awarded a contract. Visit the CGS website for more information.
