Business license applications

Some business licenses allow neighbors to weigh in on an application.

Who can provide input? Certain neighbors who live or work near the address of an application can weigh in. Residents, business owners, and business managers in the designated area can provide input and make requests. These eligible neighbors are called parties in interest.

What can neighbors do? Eligible neighbors can submit comments online, request updates on the application, or request a public hearing on the application if they have concerns.

How? Below is a list of applications open for consideration of neighborhood input. If you'd like to provide comments, receive updates, or request a hearing, submit a hearing requests form. You'll need to include the record number from the dashboard below in your form submission.

When? The time frame to submit comments or request a hearing usually lasts 20 days. You can submit your input or request a hearing through the posting end date listed in the dashboard below.
