Consumers

The Cannabis Cares program is a City and County of Denver initiative. It recognizes cannabis businesses that go above and beyond to make a positive impact in five areas:

  • Diversity and inclusion
  • Social equity
  • Sustainability
  • Community engagement
  • Contracting with minority-owned businesses

Businesses qualify for recognition by submitting a social impact plan. It outlines the variety of ways they are contributing to these areas. When a business completes 10 or more activities in one of the five areas of impact, it qualifies for the related badge.

  • Businesses that get three or four badges receive designation as a Cannabis Cares Advocate.
  • Businesses that get five badges receive recognition as a Cannabis Cares Champion.

Below you can find those businesses that have earned recognition as Cannabis Cares Champions and Advocates. You can also find those businesses that qualify as social equity businesses.
