Ice cream vendor

A person or business selling or offering for sale ice cream, ice confection products or frozen dairy products on the streets, alleys or other public places.

The ice cream vendor's badge and license must be prominently displayed by being attached to the vendor's clothing or to a cord worn around the neck and be visible at all times.

Special Note: The ice cream vendor's license required shall be in addition to required mobile retail food establishment or pushcart licenses. A food peddler license is not required for an ice cream vendor operating as a food peddler; however, an ice cream vendor operating as a food peddler shall comply with the food peddler requirements of section 23-52 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code.
