What is a child care center?

Facility that is maintained for the whole or part of a day but for less than 24-hour care of five or more children from the ages of 6 weeks through 16 years old.

You must also be licensed through the state. If you are exempt from having a state child care license, then you do not need a Denver business license for child care.
