Paws & Pints: A Denver Animal Shelter Showcase

This is a 21+ event. Tickets are required.
Your ticket includes two drink tickets, a custom pint glass, Oktoberfest-inspired food, festive entertainment, and a behind the scenes tour of Denver Animal Shelter. It’s a fun and meaningful way to kick off the fall season while supporting a great cause.
Food & Drink
The Bohemian Wurst food truck will be serving up Oktoberfest favorites like giant pretzels, sausages, and perogies. Vegan guests can enjoy vegan perogies and pretzels served without butter.
Two drink tickets are included with admission, which is also the drink limit for the event. No additional alcohol will be available for purchase. Beer and root beer will be provided by Strange Craft Beer Company, and canned rosé wine will be provided by Vineyard Brands.
Parking & Transportation
We offer limited free parking in front of the shelter and some street parking nearby. Carpooling or using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft is highly recommended.
Dress Code
Get into the Oktoberfest spirit by rocking your best lederhosen or beer maid outfit!
Dressing up is all part of the fun — but no pressure! Casual wear is totally welcome too.
The event’s outdoors, so don’t forget to bring a jacket if the forecast looks chilly.
Event Merch
Event t-shirts will be available for purchase on-site for $20. Both cash and card will be accepted, though cash will help you get through the line faster.
Chance Auction
Don't miss our chance auction for a variety of fun prizes! Tickets can be purchased at the event — $5 for 1 ticket, $20 for 5 tickets, or $35 for 10 tickets. Just drop your tickets into the baskets for the prizes you’re hoping to win and stay until the end — winners will be drawn at random and must be present to claim their items.

This is a 21+ event and ID is required if you will be enjoying alcoholic beverages.
While we love your furry friends, please leave all pets at home.
Bringing cash is recommended for quicker check-in, auction entry, t-shirt purchases, and to show appreciation to your bartenders.
