Denver Animal Shelter Events

Caring for homeless animals is our passion but we couldn’t do it without you. When you support our events, we can continue to provide invaluable programs and services, including emergency and specialty medical care, the purchase of specialty veterinary equipment, free spay/neuter services, foster care, and more, for Denver’s most vulnerable animals. 

Your support of community events helps the nearly 10,000 animals we serve at DAS each year. 

Check out these events: 

  • Bedtime Stories- Snuggle up in your favorite pajamas, grab a good book, and share storytime with the animals at Denver Animal Shelter!
  • Giving Tuesday 2025-Giving Tuesday is Dec 2, and the homeless, the abused, and the abandoned animals who find their way to us at Denver Animal Shelter could really use your help.
  • Holiday Fund Drive- Thanks to a generous friend, your gift doubles now through December 31.
