If you need a permit from the Office of Special Events, this does NOT qualify as a Denver Days gathering. Please visit Office of Special Events Permit to learn about the Special Events Guidelines and Application Process.
Picnics cannot have large sound systems, bands, food trucks, alcohol (for sale or service),open flame, generators over 5kw, or propane, and other similar features. Picnic attendees may consume their own beer, wine, or champagne. The picnic activities must stay within the boundaries linked on the site maps on the inventory list(PDF, 153KB).
First: Gather details about your residential block party or park picnic.
Second: Select your Denver Days Gathering Type and apply for your permit:

Third: Once you are notified that your permit is approved and processed, you will receive an email with a link to register your Denver Days gathering!
