DENVER DAYS IS BACK AND BIGGER THAN EVER!
From July 27th through August 3rd, hundreds of Denverites will gather with neighbors, family, colleagues, and other at community picnics, neighborhood block party, and service projects to celebrate our Vibrant Denver!
DENVER DAYS KICK-OFF EVENT
This year, the Denver Agency for Human Rights & Community Partnerships is thrilled to invite you to the Denver Days Community Kick-Off Event on Saturday, July 27th from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Fire Station 39 on 9150 E. 50th Ave. Denver!
Join us and our partners at the Denver Mayor's Office, Denver Fire Department, Denver Office of Special Events, and main collaborators at Comcast, Xcel Energy, and Sysco for a fun-filled family day with a Back-To-School Giveaway where hundreds of backpacks and school supplies for elementary to middle school children will be distributed, a delicious pancake breakfast with sausages, fruit, coffee, juice, and water will be prepared and served to community members by your very own Denver Fire Department, live music by a local DJ, face painting, fire truck bucket rides, community resources, and much more at no cost to you!

What is a Denver Days Event?
- A Denver Days Event is a neighborhood block party, community picnic, and/or a service project held in a small and organic setting. If your event requires a permit from The Office of Special Events, this event does NOT qualify as a Denver Days Event.

What are Denver Days Park Permits?
- Denver Days Park Permits are free of charge to those holding a picnic which must be free to the public. Denver Days Picnics must abide by Denver Parks Rules and Regulations.
What are Denver Days Picnics?
- Denver Days Picnic Reservations are accepted up to 24 hours before the picnic is to occur. Reservation requests are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays. Reservations requests for Saturday and Sunday must be made by Friday at noon.
- Picnic sites have CAPACITIES that may not be exceeded. Picnics cannot have stages, large sound systems, bands, food trucks, alcohol (for sale or service) and other similar features. Picnic attendees may consume their own beer, wine, or champagne.
- Picnic activities must stay within the boundaries which are shown on the INVENTORY LIST on our webpage. Click on the park name for map with boundary.
